Today's workout is done — why can't I start tomorrow's?
Every workout is built for one specific day. The next one unlocks at midnight in your own time zone. You can repeat today’s session as many times as you like in the meantime.
How does the free trial and subscription work?
The first 3 days are free. After that the membership renews at $9.99 per month unless you cancel. On iPhone or iPad, manage or cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On the web, open Settings in the app and tap Manage membership.
I paid already but the app is asking me to subscribe.
Open the membership screen and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account and the same email you used when you signed up. If it still asks, email us and we will sort it out.
My daily reminder is not arriving.
Open Settings › Notifications › The Lazy Dad on your device and allow notifications, then set your reminder time again in the app under Daily reminder. Reminders arrive at the time you choose and the app icon badge clears once you open the app.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. The reset link arrives within a couple of minutes — check your spam folder if you do not see it.
Can I switch between pounds and kilos?
Yes. In Settings, switch measurements between US (lbs, ft/in) and metric (kg, cm). Weights, heights, BMI, and recipe amounts all update everywhere.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@thelazydad.app from the address on your account and we will delete your profile, weight logs, and workout history.
