By using The Lazy Dad app, website, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Subscription & Billing

The Lazy Dad may offer paid subscriptions. When billing is enabled, subscription fees, trial periods, and renewal terms will be presented clearly before purchase. You may cancel anytime through your app-store account. We do not process refunds directly.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

The Lazy Dad is a general fitness and nutrition resource, not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have heart, joint, blood-pressure, or other health conditions. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ accounts, reverse-engineer the app, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, images, and code are owned by The Lazy Dad or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lazy Dad is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
